Reading Strategies Reading Strategies is an individualized learning program designed to strengthen and improve the current reading skills of each student enrolled in the class.Curriculum concentration will be on inferring, predicting, vocabulary enhancement, connecting literary forms, context clues, and the enjoyment of reading.We will be using the Jamestown Reading Series. Classroom Policy Do all assignments and hand them in on time.When work is not handed in, you fall behind the class, the grade suffers, and the benefits that would have been derived from that lesson are not achieved.
Be in class on time with the necessary tools to be productive.
Ask questions and give your opinion.You are a valuable participant in the learning process.
Always be respectful to your classmates and teacher.You may not always agree with another opinion, but be respectful of the opinion of others.
If you do not understand something, ask for help, and if you still do not understand - ask again.
